A *$100 Bettenhausen Visa^® Prepaid Card. $200 for each referral after the first.

*Referral applies to "NEW" first-time customers only. Previous or current customers do not qualify as a referral. Referral must be submitted within thirty days of purchase. Recipients will receive $100 for each qualifying referral and $200 for each referral thereafter in the same calendar year. The $200 referral program begins June 1st and previous sales are not considered for the additional reward dollars.
